At Habitat Home and Garden, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our guest services team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are in original, unused condition and securely repacked in their original packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transport

  For large furniture pieces, our white-glove logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
